From initial concept through final execution, we oversee every element of your wedding with precision and artistry.

How many events or weddings do you take on each weekend?

Merry Me Events is a boutique event planning and design studio. We intentionally limit the number of weddings and events we take on each weekend to ensure every client receives full attention, hands-on coordination, and exceptional design execution. Because of this, our dates tend to fill quickly, especially during peak season.

Is there a minimum spend required to work with Merry Me Events?

No. We don’t currently have a required minimum investment for our design, rental and floral services. We do have an average costs breakdown for wedding bouquets, centerpieces and services that help give you a better sense for budgeting purposes. We would be happy to send you that information, upon request.

What is the difference between Day of Planning with Design and Comprehensive Planning with Design?

Day of Planning with Design is ideal for clients who have planned most details but want professional event design guidance and seamless wedding day coordination. The Day of Planning agreement includes 8 consecutive hours on wedding day.

Comprehensive Planning with Design is full-service event planning. We manage the entire process including vendor sourcing, logistics, event design, timelines, and on-site coordination from start to finish. This package includes a minimum of 12 consecutive hours on wedding day.

Am I required to use Merry Me Events for floral design?

Yes. Merry Me Events is the exclusive floral designer for all events we plan and design. Florals are a core part of our creative process, and keeping floral design in-house allows us to ensure a cohesive aesthetic, seamless communication, and flawless execution from concept to event day.

What is the difference between a Venue Coordinator and a Merry Me Event Coordinator?

A Venue Coordinator manages venue-specific logistics and policies.

A Merry Me Event Coordinator manages your entire event. We oversee vendors, timelines, design execution, guest experience, and on-site coordination to ensure your wedding or event runs seamlessly.

Can you provide a quick quote for my event?

Because every event we design is custom, we do not offer instant quotes. After learning more about your vision, guest count, venue, and priorities, we create a personalized proposal tailored to your event.

What is included in Event Design services?

Event Design includes concept development, color palettes, layout planning, décor selections, tablescapes, floral direction, statement installations, and overall visual cohesion. Event design ensures your wedding or event is visually intentional, elevated, and uniquely yours.
