Meet our very own energizer bunny! Our Lead Wedding + Special Projects Coordinator Shelley is always juggling several tasks, people and things at once and she’s so good at it! In fact, we have lots of pictures of her, but you will rarely find her cheesing for the camera because she’s so in her element (and she’s not a huge fan of having her picture taken). One of Shelley’s strongest attributes is executing client + guest experiences to perfection. She’s also a rock star when it comes to building relationships with clients and fellow wedding vendors. Shelley is that calm and collected voice of reason when a bride (or mother of the bride) is freaking out. A true pro, Shelley has been an event queen a really long time, which means she has truly seen it all. We are grateful to have her on our team!
How long have you been with Merry Me? After so long, you just stop counting. ????
What is your favorite thing about the job? Helping to bring people’s visions and dreams come true, and sometimes even stirring their hearts and blowing their minds.
Married/Kids/Furbabies? Married to an amazing man with three extraordinary young adult children creating exciting lives of their own for themselves.
Favorite thing to do on a day off? Relax with a bottle of wine and work on craft projects.
If I could invent a holiday, it would be? International Wine Enjoying Day!
Cats or Dogs? I LOVE DOGS of all kinds, shapes, and sizes. I want to just snuggle with each and every one of them. Sadly, none of them live at my house though….currently.
The biggest take away from High School? Who you are in high school does not define you. You are stronger and more capable than you will ever know.
